SCOPE OF WORK :-

-To direct, coordinate, and channel all available efforts and resources to achieve the purpose of the Governance Program in alliance with communities, Local Government, and the diverse stakeholders at the village and district levels within the Governorate. Worked to promote and ensure effective performance by Care Consortium Partners (Partners in Development for Research, Consulting, and Training; IREX; and Forum of Dialogue and Partnership for Development), and their adherence to Program values and strategy.

-Foster ongoing dialogue and a positive working relationship with elected representatives and executives of Local Government; CSO grantees; local partners; cooperating organizations; and the counterpart Ministry of Planning and Local Government to optimize collaboration towards enhanced good governance:

-Lead and coordinate Program interventions with Local Councils, Care and Consortium Partners, counterparts, CSOs, and stakeholders at the village, district, and governorate levels.

-Provide ongoing supervision, leadership, support, and guidance to the Program Officer and Driver. SAFE Project:-The SAFE Project Supervisor is responsible for all project operations at the field office level, and ensuring that SAFE achieves its primary programmatic goals. The Project Supervisor directly supervises the Agro-ecology Training Officer (ATO), Capacity Building Training Officer (CBTO) and driver in the field office. S/he is directly supervised by SAFE Assistant Project Manager (APM). The Project Supervisor prepares annual project implementation plans and associated budgets, and is responsible for the subsequent monitoring of project activities and resource utilization. The Project Supervisor oversees the recruitment, orientation and training of new Project staff (in coordination with the PM, APM, and HR) and prepares field office level SAFE progress reports. The Project Supervisor assists in maintaining positive and professional relationships with counterparts, government representatives (in coordination with other PSs) and participates as a member of the Field Office Senior Management Team. The project supervisor is based in the governorate of operation with approximately 20% of his/her time in Cairo and other field offices.

SCOPE OF WORK :-

-Overall supervision of the planning & implementation of SAFE Project activities at the governorate level and ensure the successful and timely achievement of the project's objectives as outlined in the approved project document.

-Oversee the implementation of the monitoring and evaluation system at the field office level, ensuring that it provides high-quality data for inclusion in progress reports and Project Implementation Reports.
