Our online education partners are even more flexible. All you need is the internet to learn something new. Our pre-certifications are perfect for those making a career change. REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICIES: Full descriptions with date, time and costs are found online at www.sunyjefferson.edu/Community. A registration form is also available online. Continuing Educa-tion Division Extended Learning Center (ELC), Suite 100, 1220 Coffeen Street, Watertown, NY 13601. To register with payment over the phone call: 315-786-2438. Refund policy: 24-hour notice is required to receive a 100% refund. Notice must be given during business hours Monday - Friday. There is no refund after the first day of the workshop. The 24-hour refund notice does not apply to online trainings or trainings offered through ed2go or Gatlin. Time and date changes and other rescheduling may be made if necessary. The college also reserves the right to cancel any under-enrolled workshop. Participants will receive a full refund if a workshop is cancelled due to low enrollment. Participants are officially enrolled when we receive the registration with payment. We will only contact you if there is a change in your workshop.
