Position: Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities of the Position:

Serve as the visual storytellers/brand communicators for team

Develop design concepts for programs/campaigns, and specialize in one or both of the

following:

Graphic DesignerDesign for static media formats including layout and design of logos,

PowerPoint or other presentations, flyers, postcards, posters, brochures, print collateral, etc.

Generate innovative ideas and engage audiences through effective design against client

communications and business objectives

Understand brand personalities, corporate cultures, corporate identity standards for the clients

you serve

Work effectively in a team environment and be able to collaborate with all members of the

Creative team and Catalyst client liaisons

Communicate design strategy, time schedule, budget and progress updates to account

services

Participate in Creative development sessions, advising and contributing to the overall ideation

process

Qualifications

BA/BS design, or similar field of study; or equivalent on-the-job training and professionalcoursework

Provide design support, obtain vendor bids, coordinate logistics, own portion of designdeliverable, etc.

Graphic Designer - Proficiency in PPT, Adobe Creative Suite CSx: including Photoshop,

Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat etc; understand basic file prep for all types of print production,

vendors and journalists needs

Modify designs based on feedback from Catalysts/developers

Create design deliverables in line with program objectives

Proofread and edit design, as needed

Meet your designated utilization target

Liaise with Catalyst and other specialist groups to discuss and anticipate client needs, identifybarriers or client requests, identify solutions
