SPINNING® SHORTER SWEETER (ALL LEVELS): This is a 45 minute-version of our popular Spinning® class. JCC SIGNATURE SPINNING® (ALL LEVELS): Fanny takes an ordinary ride and makes it extraordinary! Join Fanny, 15-year Star 3 Spinning veteran, on an indoor cycling class that utilizes various training techniques and motivational strategies to simulate actual riding experiences. CARDIO/WEIGHTS COMBO CLASSES 321 J-FIT (ALL LEVELS): This dynamic fitness class combines 3 necessary components of fitness to sculpt your body to perfection! You will rotate through 3 minutes of cardio, 2 minutes of sculpting and 1 minute of core with segments of HIIT/Tabata training throughout to boost your metabolism and burn, burn, burn calories! CARDIO MIX SCULPT (ALL LEVELS): This class may be a combination of hi/low, kickboxing, sport drills or dance. The instructor has the freedom to mix it up – cardio style! ZUMBA®/ TONING (ALL LEVELS): This is a combination class with the excitement of Zumba® and a Latin inspired dance ‘n tone program. We provide 1 ½ pound toning sticks, similar to maracas. In a short period of time, this challenging workout builds coordination and muscle endurance.
