ATHLETIC STADIUMS
Almería International Athletic Stadium for the Mediterranean Games 2005 Feasibility Study, Project Design and Monitoring Customer: Local Council & Government Sports Council Budget: 18,620,000 € Joint Venture Millet, Biosca & Asociats – J.B.F.Ingenieros y Arquitectos. We worked throughout the whole life cycle of the project, from impletion to completion.
The facilities comprise an international standard eight lane track, athletics field events area, and a football pitch. It has also a heating track and athletic field which may work as an independent stadium. It has a standard capacity of 15,000 but uses temporary seating to give a capacity of 20,000 for international matches and events

Málaga Athletic Stadium Feasibility Study, Design and Construction Management Customer: Regional & Local Council Budget: 13,000,000 € The stadium was conceived for a phased construction. It has a standard capacity of 25,000 expandable to 35,000. Its first phase was concluded for a capacity of 7,500.
It is designed to accommodate all kind of athletic competitions, football, rugby, concerts, cultural exhibitions, etc. The facilities comprise a nine lane track, athletics field events area, and a football pitch. It also has a four lane heating track and a jump pit in the first level. It is built in precast concrete. The foundations are made of 40 m piles.

Málaga Pool Facilities. Waterpolo World Championship 2008 Feasibility Study and Design Customer: Regional & Local Council Budget: 12,000,000 € The facilities contain three swimming pools: olympic, diving, and 25m. It has a permanent spectator balcony for up to 400 people. The complex has also two outdoor pools, one olympic and one 25m diving apool, gym, spa, and outdoor balcony.

The whole complex has an area of 1,6 Ha.

It also has an outdoor olympic pool of 50m x 25m with a permanent spectator balcony and changing room.

Pablo de Olavide University Sports Hall, Seville. Feasibility Study, Design and Construction Management. Customer: Regional Council Budget: 2,000,000 €
The multipurpose court measures 55m x 40m. It has a sport rack surface, and can accommodate basketball courts, indoor football pitch, volleyball, badminton & indoor tennis court. It has an electronic scoreboard and a permanent spectator balcony for up to 700 people. It also has a weight room, changing room, coffee room and reception.

Sato Sport Bahía Center Structural Design. Customer: Sato Sport Bahía, Algeciras. 2.008 Budget: 8,000,000 € Structural design and calculations of a sport center, with pool facilities (25m x 12m), health club, six padel courts, multipurpose outdoor court, spa, commercial area and cafeteria.
The whole area has an underground parking for 900 cars.

Olivar de Quintos. 2.008 Budget: 8.000.000 € The facility is designed to accommodate 450 families.(collective memberships) It has two outdoor pools, 5 tennis courts, 6 padel courts, multipurpose court, health club with fitness, weight room, spa and gym, all surrounded by a big green area. It also has a comfortable seating, spacious bar area, ample stage and lighting that can accommodate up to 200 people, making this a versatile venue for any event.

The feasibility study and planning define the main characteristics of this complex of more than 200 Has, including the supplies, road access, urban road safety and mobility, etc. We worked on town planning, technical possibilities, legal aspects and environmental solutions.
