Jazz Camp Audition CD InformationPlease record an audition CD of yourself playing ‘Billie’s Bounce’ following the instructions below. Clearly mark the CD with your full name and instrument, and include it with your registration materials.
Audition Requirements:
• Saxophone, trumpet and trombone players should: • Play the melody 2 times• Improvise over the form 3 times • Play the melody out 1 time
• Rhythm section players (piano, guitar and bass) should:• Play the melody 2 times• Walk or comp 1 chorus • Improvise 2 choruses• Play the melody out 1 time
