• We offer full service from SEC application until the connection is provided to our customer. Single point of contact.
• For GSM or MSAN connection requests we can offer faster connection because we review the design with SEC and work out best possible solution at lower cost and time.
• We coordinate and follow up request for connection directly with SEC district offices.
• We provide ‘new meter’ for existing sites that have SEC connection through building owner.
• Urgent connection service is available for special events requirements such as football games, Ramadan and Hajj.
• 100 to xxx meters cabling services are provided at discounted rates.
• VIP sites power failure reconnection on urgent basis is provided on 24/7 basis.
• Single point of contact for STC and SEC for all power related requests.
• Web based application to review status of each SEC application and updates
• STC design review will be provided and optimal locations will be recommended to avoid ‘impossible sites’
• By speeding up SEC connection STC will realize high cost reduction by reducing TG rental, refueling and service costs.
• Over 40% of the outages are due to TGs. By obtaining faster connections to SEC power the dependence on TGs will be reduced resulting in lower outages.
• Reduced down time will result in increased revenue, cost reduction and customer satisfaction.
