First step was to remove a bulk of the old composite and 4 weeks of Kor Whitening was completed.

Part of the Bioclear system, includes isolating the teeth with a rubber dam, removing the remaining old composite, painting a solution on the teeth that discloses where hidden plaque and bacteria is, then using a blaster which is

similar to a “power washer” to clean the teeth completely. Most dentists, don’t do this, and remaining plaque/bacteria is one of the main reasons old school

bonding stains.

Bioclear matrices

Initial Bioclear matrices tried in, teeth etched and bonded. And heated composite is flowed into the matrices. Forming one large, solid, strong piece of composite. It is this

monolithic solid structure that gives Bioclear it’s strength.

The bulk of the composite is then shaped down into the approximate shape of the desired teeth. Then the matrices are placed for the surrounding

teeth. Note in the second picture how the matrix is being pulled over to close the large space.
