BEYOND BEGINNING QUILTING - This class ex-

pands on your skills by learning to square up blocks, the

importance of accurate piecing and cutting plus other quilt-

ing skills. Good follow up class to our Beginning Quilting

Class. Pattern choice needs to be approved by Cindy. Sew-

ing machine required.

MACHINE EMBROIDERY FOR BEGINNERS—This

is a great class to get started with machine embroidery.

We will learn about stabilizers, threads and so much more

with tricks for making your projects successful. Any brand

machine welcome but you must have basic knowledge of

your machine. Sewing machine with embroidery unit required.

HOW TO GET THE MOST FROM YOUR

SEWING MACHINE – This class will show you how

to use the decorative stitches and feet that came with

your machine plus tips to get the most out of your ma-

chine. Owners of all brand machines will benefit from

BEGINNING QUILTING - If you’ve ever had the de-

sire to learn to make a quilt but didn’t know where to

start, this is the class for you! Learn everything you need

to know to “get you on your way” to successful quilt mak-

ing in this four-week class. Start with fabric selection, rota-

ry cutting, strip piecing and finish with layering and binding

- plus tips and tricks to use on future projects. This class

specializes in hands-on instruction and individual attention.

FREE MOTION QUILTING ON YOUR

SEWING MACHINE - This is a great 1st class or skill builder

on Free Motion quilting. Jenn has lots of knowledge to share with

you in this non-stressful class. All brands of sewing machines wel-

CHENILLE HOT PADS- Now available for sewing! Appliques

of pretty produce are embroidered on a pieced and quilted back-

ground, then layers of fabric are tacked in place ready to chenille.

Six fruits can be made in four appealing sizes for functional use or

TALK TO ANIMALS QUILT USING YOUR GO! CUTTER

Learn more about your Accuquilt cutter while making this darling

baby quilt or wallhanging using the owl die to make a variety of

different appliqued animals. Don’t own a cutter yet? No problem,

you can use ours! Sewing machine required.

TOO CUTE TOTE- Make cute quilted squares for the sides of

this fun tote bag. The designs are part of the Amelie Scott De-

signs “Build-A-Quilt” collection. The finished product is complete-

ly lined and ready to carry your small treasures or to gift to a

TABLERUNNER FUN WITH YOUR BABYLOCK

SERGER - If you own any of our Babylock JetAir sergers than

this class is for you! Learn to use the Wave stitch, flatlock, some

accessory feet and more. Great technique class to expand your

skills. Babylock serger required.

MONTHLY CLUBS

GROOVY GIRLS Our most popular club starts another 6 month session

in November so it’s the perfect time to join. It’s a fun

way to spend an hour and learn a little something new.

Cindy will show you new techniques, fabrics, patterns

and tools and you’ll make new friends. Club lasts about

1 hour and meets 1st Friday of the month at 10:30am.

Cost is $25 for 6 months

MACHINE EMBROIDERY CLUB

New session starts in January!

Club meets at 10:30 am or 6 pm the 1st Thursday of

the month. Great lecture/demo format, no need to

bring your machine! $72/6 months or only $60 if you

purchased your machine from Quilter's Cupboard! Each

month you will receive the project will full instructions

and tips/tricks. The projects are a great learning tool

and will use a wide variety of materials and techniques.

BABYLOCK DESTINY CLUB

New session starts in February Join the new session of our club exclusively for Babylock

Destiny owners—just $60 —Club will meet the 2nd Thurs-

day of the month at 6pm. We will be exploring all the amaz-

ing features of the machine focusing on IQ Designer. Bring-

ing your machine is optional but sessions will alternate be-

tween lecture/demo and hands-on class

KITCHEN TOWEL SCARF—These scarves are the

hottest fashion accessory for the cook! Made with a tea-

towel and a quarter yard of fabric, they are simple and

make a great gift! Add a touch of embroidery or applique

for the finishing touch. Sewing machine required.

MACHINE BINDING BASICS - Learn great tips for

applying binding with your machine. This technique is

sturdier and faster than sewing your bindings by hand

and a great way to feature a decorative stitch. Sewing

IN THE HOOP NOTIONS BAG - This is a quick

and easy zipper pouch made entirely in the hoop. The

pattern by Amelie Scott Designs includes five adorable

SEWING GARMENTS WITH YOUR SERGER -

Need a little help in knowing how to use your serger for

garment sewing? This class will cover construction tech-

niques, appropriate stitches and more. Must have basic

knowledge/threading of your serger. Serger required

About Our Classes To sign up for a class, please pre-register to reserve

your space. Classes have a minimum of 4 students

and refunds are available up to one week before the

first class session. In fairness to the teachers and

other students who have purchased their supplies,

we are unable to make refunds after that time.

Supplies are needed for all classes and a supply list

will be furnished when you register. The class fee

covers instruction only, but there is a 10% discount

on all supplies needed for the class. Materials for

classes at must be purchased at Quilter’s Cupboard

so that we can remain in business to keep offering

you more great classes!

Due to student and teacher allergies, please refrain

from wearing perfumes and scented lotions to class.

NEW 6 MONTH SESSIONS STARTS IN MARCH

BABYLOCK SERGER CLUB Learn tips, tricks and techniques to get the most from your

Babylock Serger. This hands-on clubs meets the 3rd Thursday of

the month from 5:30pm—7:00pm starting March 15

$72 for 6 months. This session we will be focusing on

Accessory Feet in the 6 foot kit available for your serger

Gathering foot, Blindhem foot, Pearl and piping foot,

Cording foot, Lace foot and Elastic foot.

Serger Requirements: Babylock Serger with Jet-Air or

ExtraordinAir threading (Triumph, Ovation, Evolution, Enlighten

or Imagine)
