Stay home from work or schoolwhen you are sick and until youare fever free for 24 hours withoutthe use of medication. The extrarest will be a huge benefit to yourbody and you’ll avoid getting oth-ers sick.

Remember to always coveryour mouth and nose when youcough or sneeze. This helps pre-vent the spread of germs. Use atissue to keep clean and washyour hands afterward.

If you haven’t done so already, get a flu vaccine. It will help keepyou from getting certain strains ofthe flu virus and generally helpsyou recover quicker if you do getsick.

Following those precautionswill help keep you healthy, or atleast, prepared in the event youcatch the flu.
