Today you’ll �y to Honolulu on the island of Oahu, one of the single most dreamed of vacation spots in the world. You’ll be met with a cool, aromatic, �ower-lei greeting right at the airport!

The brilliant Hawaiian sunrise beckons you to a great breakfast… Next, a short familiarization talk on your Hawaiian adventure.

After breakfast we set o� for Pearl Harbor to commemorate the “day that will live in infamy,” December 7, 1941. Few Americans who set foot on the Arizona Memorial can avoid a few goose bumps… We continue on to the Historic Punchbowl National Cemetery followed by a panoramic sightseeing tour of downtown Honolulu.

Tonight, enjoy your own private à la carte dinner at Japengo Restaurant with wine, beer or soft drink included. Japengo’s menu is elegant Hawaiian and Continental cuisine including freshly caught seafood from the islands! B, D

DAY 3 – OahuBreakfast • Polynesian Cultural Center Including Bu�et Dinner and Show

Early this afternoon we’re o� on a scenic, narrated tour along the Windward Coast to the “Polynesian Cultural Center.”

Our full-day tour includes authentic South Paci�c villages, demonstrations, Polynesian crafts, an amazing all-you-can-eat bu�et feast and spectacular Polynesian dance revue including over 100 cast members. (Alcoholic beverages not served.) B, D

DAY 4 – Oahu/Maui FlightFlight to Maui • Tour the Iao Valley & Lahaina Town • À la Carte Dinner at the Hyatt Regency Maui Resort

After breakfast we jet to Maui, the “Valley Island.”

In 1778, Captain James Cook arrived in “Mowee” ending the idyllic life of the Polynesian natives. In Cook’s wake came traders, missionaries and whalers. At the height of the whaling era (1840 to 1865), Lahaina Town served as the anchorage for more than 500 ships!

We’ll visit the Iao Valley to view the famous Iao Needle and drive through Lahaina town on our way to our hotel.

DAY 6 – MauiMount Haleakala Tour • Hawaiian Luau & Show

After breakfast, we’re in for a fascinating day of exploration. Its focal point, the 10,023-foot summit of giant Mount Haleakala. The now sleeping volcano that gave birth to the island, Haleakala—the “House of the Sun”—is a mile deep. And her crater alone stretches seven miles across. She’s majestic and truly awesome!

Tonight…the “Drums of the Paci�c” Luau! It’s the hottest show on the island. Our luau takes you on a journey through the islands of Polynesia. Perillo Tours is not responsible for any negligent or willful act or failure to act of any such person or entity, nor for any act or inaction of any other third party not under its control.

Without limitation Perillo Tours is not liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental damage, injury, death, loss, accident, delay, inconvenience, or irregularity of any kind which may be occasioned by reason of any act or omission beyond its control, including, without limitation, any willful or negligent act, failure to act, breach of contract of any third party, such as an airline, train, hotel, restaurant, or food supplier; bus, taxi, van, or local ground handler; local out�tter or guide, which is, to, or does supply any goods or services for this trip. Perillo Tours is not responsible for any loss, injury, death, or inconvenience due to delay or changes in schedule or failure of any transportation mechanism to arrive or depart safely; overbooking or downgrading of accommodations; insolvency or default of any third party; acts of government; bites or attacks by animals, insects or pests; sickness; the lack of appropriate medical care; evacuation to same, if necessary; weather; strikes; acts of God; acts of terrorism or the threat thereof; events of force majeure; war; quarantine; epidemics or the threat thereof; criminal activity; or any other cause beyond its control.

CANCELLATION BY OPERATOR. From time-to-time a tour departure may be cancelled for lack of participation. In such a case, the operator’s sole responsibility is to provide a refund without any other liability whatsoever. Operator will have no further responsibility for any independently purchased tickets, non-refundable or otherwise.

BINDING ARBITRATION. I agree that any dispute concerning, relating, or referring to these Terms and Conditions, this release, the catalog, or any other literature concerning my trip, or the trip itself shall be resolved exclusively by binding arbitration according to the then existing commercial rules of the American Arbitration Association in New Jersey. Such proceedings will be governed by substantive New Jersey law. The arbitrator and not any federal, state, or local court or agency shall have exclusive authority to resolve any dispute relating to the interpretation, applicability, enforceability, conscionability, or formation of this contract, including but not limited to any claim that all or part of this contract is void or voidable.

Upon payment of a deposit, tour participant indicates acceptance of the above Terms and Conditions and of the Arbitration Agreement.

OPERATOR-TOUR MEMBER PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT. Further information concerning the conditions of this tour is contained in an agreement that will be signed between the tour member and tour operator at the time of tour deposit.

BAGGAGE. Each tour member is limited to one large suitcase and one small carry-on due to limited baggage area on buses. Airlines are now charging for excess baggage as well as for overweight and larger suitcases. Your tour package includes the cost for 1 bag per person on each �ight segment. Additional bags will be charged to you directly at the airport. The current rate is $17 per bag, however this rate is likely to increase in 2017.

CHARGES FOR CANCELED LAND SERVICES. If you cancel your reservations, the cancellation charges shown below will apply. Cancellation charges are based on the number of days from the time Perillo Tours is noti�ed of your cancellation, to the start of the services provided—whether air and land or just land services. (Most charges may be avoided by your accepting the Perillo Protection Plan explained below.)

CHARGES FOR CANCELED AIR TICKETS. If you cancel your air ticket purchased from Perillo Tours you will be charged a $300 cancellation penalty. This charge is subject to change and is not covered by the Perillo Protection Plan. If Perillo Tours buys an instant-purchase, published airfare on your behalf, you will be responsible for any cancellation penalties which are often 100% of the ticket cost.

TOUR MEMBERS NEEDING SPECIAL ASSISTANCE. Any disability requiring special attention should be reported to Perillo Tours at the time the reservation is made. Perillo Tours will make reasonable e�orts to accommodate the special needs of disabled tour participants, but it is not responsible in the event it is unable to do so, nor is it responsible for any denial of services by carriers, hotels, restaurants or other independent suppliers. We regret that we cannot provide individual assistance to a tour member for walking, dining, getting on and o� motorcoaches and other transportation vehicles, or other personal needs. Travelers who need such assistance must be accompanied by a quali�ed companion.

CHILDREN: Children between the ages of 5 to 17 sharing a room with 2 adults and existing bedding will enjoy a discounted rate. We regret that children under age 5 cannot participate in this program.

RESPONSIBILITY. Perillo Tours, Inc., Perillo Tours, its and their employees, shareholders, o�cers, and directors (collectively, “Perillo”) does not own or operate any entity which is to or does provide goods or services for your trip, including, for example, lodging facilities, transportation companies, guides or trip leaders, food service providers, equipment suppliers, ground operators, etc., including, without limitation, various entities which may utilize the Perillo name.

RESERVATIONS AND PAYMENT. Receipt of a deposit of $350 per person, and signed contract is required to hold your reservation. The balance is due 60 days before departure. Certi�ed bank checks or credit cards are required for reservations and �nal payments made within 30 days of departure. For reservations and payments received within 21 days of departure, you will be charged the cost of sending documents by express mail, now in the range of $10 to $25.

Any person or entity, including a travel agent, with whom you deal other than Perillo Tours in purchasing this tour acts strictly as your agent in dealing with us. Accordingly, we disclaim liability for payments made to anyone until we receive such payment earmarked for your account and we accept it as such.

RETURN INFORMATION. Your tour terminates in Maui or Kauai after breakfast on the �nal day. Big Island Tour ends in Kona. Hotel check-out time is 12:00 noon. Hospitality rooms, based on availability, may be made available to guests with �ights departing after 3:00p.m. Due to the time di�erence, most passengers actually arrive back home the morning after they leave Hawaii.

PRICES: All prices are subject to increase due to any increase in our costs, such as, but not limited to: increases in air, land or sea fares, fuel cost, etc.

All taxes, fuel surcharges,security charges and any other taxes or charges imposed by airlines, airports, governments, etc. are not included in air price.

Tour members who have not purchased their air tickets from Perillo Tours, or are arriving early or extending their stay in Hawaii, must arrange their own transportation from airport to hotel and hotel to airport.

Car rental insurance and gasoline costs are not included.

No refund will be made for any accommodations or services included in the tour that you do not use.

In case of any printing typographical error, computer error, or human verbal or billing error, we reserve the right to invoice/or re-invoice participants with corrected billing.

TICKET REVISION/CANCELLATION FEE. Once air tickets are issued, a $300 per ticket revision/cancellation fee will apply to each ticket plus the cost of express mail charges. This charge is not covered by the Perillo Protection Plan and subject to change.

GRATUITIES NOT INCLUDED. The customary gratuities to your personal tour escort and occasional narrating tour drivers are not included and should be extended on a voluntary, individual basis and not as a group.

SPECIAL REQUESTS. We’re happy to inform the hotels of any special requests, such as “king bed”, “lower �oor”, etc., provided we are advised at the time of booking. Such requests cannot be guaranteed as availability is often limited.

DRESS IN HAWAII. Dress is casual all the way! Jackets are not required for gentlemen.

Perillo Tours Pre-Departure Protection:

Covers cancellations for any reason. This will protect you against the cancellation charges stated previously in this document.

The Perillo Protection Plan can only be purchased with your deposit and is non-refundable. Covers cancellation for any reason up to 24-hours prior to the start of scheduled services. If you are a “no-show” or fail to notify Perillo Tours of your cancellation, you are NOT covered by this plan and will receive no refund.

A $300 fee to change or cancel your air ticket, once tickets are issued, is not covered by this plan. This charge is subject to change.

The Plan also includes coverage for trip interruption, medical expenses, emergency medical evacuation, and baggage, as well as worldwide assistance services.
