It is a nutritious and easy-to-use ingredient that can add a special twist to canapés, dinner dishes and even barbeques! Haggis is ideal for a hearty family supper, party-pleasing nibbles or a quick lunch for two.

WHAT TO EAT AND DRINK
You can serve whatever you fancy with your
haggis on Burns Night, but a traditional
menu looks something like this:
To start: Cock-a-Leekie soup, vegetable
soup or Scotch Broth.
To follow: Macsween traditional or
vegetarian haggis with 'tatties and neeps'
(creamed potatoes and mashed swede).
For pudding: Cranachan or 'Tipsy Laird'
(Scottish trifle with whisky).
You can also choose to serve your haggis,
neeps and tatties in miniature form as a
stylish yet simple canape or add a special
accompaniment to impress your dinner
guests. These recipes and many more can
be found on our website, where you will
also find advice on what to drink with your
Burns Supper.
