December, the Real Estate Industry has changed

immensely in the past year. Home Buyers and

Investors are paying cash more causing more de-

mand for REO properties. Banks are not foreclos-

ing and selling the notes, lowering the number of

REO properties. So with more demand and less

supply, the price is going up. So finding non MLS

deals is going to be even more important going forward than it has in the

past.
