Finding Student Membership Numbers in PeopleSoft

Click on the first link PeopleSoft Live - Online Membership (not Excel)

Enter your User ID and Password as given to you by your membership representative. Remember it is case sensitive. Select the Sign In button.

Menu Path: Membership System > Use > Student Rapid Entry ScreenState ID or chapter number will auto-fill according to your log-in.
On the search screen in the last name field, type in the first few letters. In the first name field, type in the first few letters. Click on the Search button. Or, if you are looking for numerous students in one particular chapter, enter their Chapter number in the empty box on the Chapter ID line. Click on the Search button.

The membership number is at the top, middle of the screen.

Note: Use the RETURN TO SEARCH button at the bottom of the member record screen when you are done viewing the student’s record (do not use your back button; top left of Internet browser).
RETURN TO SEARCH button will return you to the search screen. Use the Clear button to do another search.
You may have to go back to the left menu, click on Student Rapid Entry, in order to completely clear the search fields.
