It is also taught in Vol. 2 of Ques­tioru and Answers that : " There are I'Ome E gos who do not evolve, hut are stragglers upon the path of evolution. For them there comes a time when they are fina1ly ejected to the Moon and are denied the opportunity and privilege of rebirth in the present evolutionary class.
