Darren Faulkes (RobertMammone) confirmstotheNCCthat Maxine Reynolds (SusiePorter) signalled cricketerOliverPittman (Jamie Meyer-Williams)to bowl the infamous uncalledwide. Janet (Marta Dusseldorp)forces Maxine to confess aftershe is intercepted whileattemptingtofleethecountry.AterrifiedMaxine reveals Darrenas the mastermind behind thebetting syndicate. Her fear isquicklyratifiedonceGraham(JohnBach)isviciouslybashed,andJanetassaulted,byDarren’sheavies–reprisalforGrahamidentifyingDarrenasamatch-fixertotheNCC.

Confirmed as themysteryman who incited ClayNelson tosuicide,he’sarrestedbut refuses tocooperate.With fewoptions left, JanetdevisesanundercoveroperationtopenetrateDarren’snetwork…andJanetknowsjustthecandidatewhoiscompromisedenoughtoingratiatethemselvesintothisworld–Richard.

With the next betting scamimminent, Janet (MartaDusseldorp) is up against theclock to bring mastermindDarren Faulkes (RobertMammone) to justice beforeanother innocent victim iscorrupted. The task seemsimpossible.
