* Students will venture outside daily when the temps reach 32 degrees. We ask that all
children go out unless they have a doctor’s note on file stating a medical reason.
Please be mindful of the weather when dressing your child for the school day. Hats and gloves, with a coat that buttons or zips is necessary during this time of year.
CHCS does not operate on a 2-hour delay. Unless it is necessary to close school for the entire day, we will always open morning care and start the school day at our regular time.
In case of severe weather, please check your local television channels, radio stations or online. We will usually follow the Wayne Township school closings, but we do not follow their delay schedule.
