Scope of project: A photograph was taken showing lighting effects. Hand drawn then rendered using values to showcase the highlights, shading and shadows.
Scope of project: We had to pick the style and hand render the space.
Scope of project: To design a spa like bathroom that clients Dean and Barbara could call their own, challenges were existing plumbing and could not move the water closet, they wanted a steam shower, double sinks and a staging area.

Scope of project: This kitchen was designed for Dean and Barbara and their four children, They wanted:
-Seating for six at an island
-Pull out vegetable drawers
-Work station for homework

Designed a custom range hood for Dean to fabricate he is a black smith

Scope of project: To design a retail space, market and sell a product of our choice. Selling high end casual wear and accessories.

Scope of project: To construct at¾”=1’-0” the basement and main floor of a house showing floor joists, wall studs and to complete necessary stair calculations and build stairs from those calculations with correct rise and run.
