Jamal Hamarass a Moroccan artist born to a melomane family in Rabat At the age of five years old he had already started to follow the trackof his autodidact big brother in learning the guitar and humming airs like ldquoAwwel Marrardquo of Abdelhalim Hafid and ldquoYa Jarata Alwadirdquo of Mohammed Abdelwahab His tutors have always placed him on stage in the avant-garde to sing in the national and official ceremonies as well as those of the end of the school years Jamal graduated from CPR (Centre Peacutedagogique Reacutegional) in 2003 Rabat Music Education section He got in parallel his honor prize in Arab singing and Mouwachahat as well as that of favorite instrument luth He has also pursued an eight-year music formation (solfegravege) at the same conservatoire Besides Jamal participated in many TV programs like Musica Chada Al Alhane Naghmawatay Nadi Achrsquochabab Noujoum Al Ghad Superstar The Winner is on LBC and Dubai TV etchellip Jamal appeared in many national and international festivals like Adwae Almadina Remix for Young Artists in Egypt Summer Festival of Bahrain Abu Dhabi festival and more Moreover he performed several times on stage with famous Moroccan and international artists Jamal Hamrass is an artist who conveys his love and passion for the Arab singing and Mouwachahat by coaching several choristers adults and children through associations and schools of music
