To celebrate Malaysia Day, the students of Form One presented an exhibition from 7 to 15 September 2015 in the Meeting Room. Through this exhibition, all students can know more about our beloved country, the progress after independence, and our pride to be Malaysian.
Students presented exhibits based on all sorts of topics such as the diversity of Malaysian cultures and traditions, the contribution of our pioneers, and many more to show people the colours and specialties of Malaysia.

Exhibition in conjunction with
Hari Malaysia
This exhibition not only exhibited information about Malaysia, but students have also prepared some quizzes and games as well. There were also fun jokes at a corner to bring a little laughter. Some models of beautiful architecture constructed by the students were also displayed in the exhibition. The students have put a lot of effort in this exhibition to express their love towards our country and appreciation of what the country has contributed for us. During the preparation of the exhibition, our patriotism was the motivation for us to present the beauty of Malaysia as much as we can and exert our creativity. During the process of setting up this exhibition students and teachers have also discovered and learned more about Malaysia that cannot be found in books. This exhibition has sent a strong message of love towards our country. Opening ceremony

We had the opportunity to play a lot of games on the beach and to play in the swimming pool. Through this, we built teamwork among the students. All of us greatly enjoyed ourselves. Hopefully, the teachers did too. reported by Germaine Cassandra (Form 3A)

Achievements Dance Competition The Dance Club of St Joseph's Private School took part in an interschool competition organised by the "City Care Community" at City Harvest Church Meeting Hall, Tabuan Desa on 29 August 2015. This event was given the title “829 校园之夜 / 829 Campus Night.” There were 14 schools from all over Kuching that took part. Nine students took part in this competition. They were: Victor Ng Ai Ping (F4Arts) Eric Tan Zheng Yu (F4Arts) Sean Choy Wei Lun (F4Arts) Adrian Nico Rayan (F4Arts) Joel Chua Hsien Zhi (F4 Arts) Cassandra Jane (F1A) Sofea Jimos (F1A) Alyssa Rebecca Ng (F1A) Deanna Sharleen Ling Yee Fang (F1D)
The theme of our team was “The Nine of The Night.” They performed a K-Pop dance with the song “Bang! Bang! Bang!” The response from the audience was overwhelming. However, our team did not manage to enter the top three due to strong competition from the other schools. Yet our team got a consolation price and certificates. Overall, this was a wonderful experience for our students.
