Consolidated systems into the VMware Server Farm environment. Administered Microsoft Exchange 2007 and Active Directory accounts for over 4000

employees at Cintas. Responsible for architecting, planning and converting existing Exchange environment

over to a third party hosted Exchange environment.

Managed an on-site location of twenty servers and also maintained communication with a co-location for redundancy.

Local basic support person as well. Handling the “everyday” IT tasks such as new user network and e-mail access. Remote computing support person troubleshooting VPN connections through different

remote locations. First task there involved inventorying all of the IT equipment and creating and

maintaining a database to track all equipment in Access 2007. The environment of servers ranged from Windows 2000 Server up to and including

Windows Server 2007 as well as different variations of Linux.

As part of a five person support team, administered and supported 150 Windows 2000 and 2003 servers and two UNIX servers.

Administered Microsoft Exchange 2007 and Active Directory accounts for over 3000 employees at Pomeroy.

Loaded and configured System Center Configuration Manager 2007 for development in preparation for a major corporate release.

Administered two SharePoint servers in both development and production environments.
