Scope of Work

• Supply customers throughout the US with fuel, lubricants, tanks, pumps, hoses, etc. on an as needed basis or based on a schedule

• Sample fuel from tanks/generators on an annual basis to test integrity of the fuel

• Provide emergency fueling services throughout the US on an as needed basis

Fuel Services

• Jaguar will execute top off services on an as needed basis or schedule

• All the fuel provided for the generators and tanks will be treated with an approved stabilization additive to maintain the integrity of emergency fuel supplies

• A Jaguar fuel engineer will visit each site and pull fuel samples to submit for fuel analysis to determine the integrity of the product on an annual basis. The fuel will be tested by an independent laboratory.

• All invoices will include the Site number, P.O. number, date, time, and amount dispensed.

• Jaguar will provide a monthly fuel usage report that will include the gallons dispensed and amount charged or as requested.

• Jaguar will provide emergency fueling services in the event of an emergency or catastrophe declared to any part of the US as trucks are able to deliver.

• Jaguar has access to storage capacity of diesel fuel available and customarily maintains supplies adequate to provide priority service to Customers for the duration of any foreseeable natural disaster.

• All product delivered via pipeline and tested to ensure all fuel meets our quality assurance requirements.

• Accessibility to our product even when there is no power!

• Additional alliances with multiple suppliers at various fuel terminals throughout the US.

• Fuel Sampling• At the time of the Site Assessment a fuel sample will be pulled for analysis.• Analysis will include water, sediment, and bacterial content and will be

handled by an independent laboratory.• Each sample will be identified by the Site ID Number. • Jaguar will review the samples and forward to the contract customer

designee with recommendations.• Fuel Top Off

• Once the fuel sample is pulled the generator or tank will be topped off.• Fuel product based on customer needs• Fuel will be pre-treated with an approved fuel stabilization additive to maintain the integrity of

the emergency fuel supplies

Plan of Action (Emergency)

• Pre-planning & Staging• Actions prior to the arrival of a

storm• All generators and tanks should be

topped off prior to the arrival of a storm.

• All trucks will be ready with fuel for quick response.

• Jaguar will then stage the trucks & drivers outside the anticipated affected area.

• Actions after the arrival of a storm:• Contract customer to identify the

affected sites to the Jaguar representative.

• The Jaguar representative will then dispatch trucks accordingly.

Associated Costs

• All Fuel will be pre-treated with an approved fuel stabilization additive and charged at lowest available market price per gallon delivered in emergency and non-emergency situations. Market Price will be cost plus $0.30 over cost.

• A Non-Emergency delivery fee of $275.00 per site will apply when the customer requests fuel within a 4-8 hour window and less than 300 gallons are delivered. This includes top offs.

• In the event of a disaster and our fuel source is incapacitated; outside fuel distribution services are necessary, and an hourly fee per truck will be applied.

Associated Costs

• Priority Fueling Customers have an Emergency delivery fee of $400 per site applied in the time of emergencies. If a direct hit and fuel trucks have to be brought in the Emergency delivery fee of $700 per site may apply. This includes a natural disaster of any kind. Emergency Priority fuel customers are placed in front of other customers in the event of an emergency.

• Annual fuel analyses will be No Charge. The recommendations, if any, will vary price based on laboratory findings.

Temporary Emergency Generators• All additional generators

sites will be added to the drivers’ routes as needed

• Fuel cost would be the lowest available market price per gallon delivered

• Delivery fees will apply. See associated costs slide for more details.

Equipment• Jaguar has multiple tanks and equipment

available for your use.

• Using our tank has No Rental Charge as long as you are using us to fill it with product

• Jaguar recommends retaining equipment throughout the Hurricane season if necessary

• Equipment rental rates apply, and vary by tank size.

• Equipment will be delivered within (72) hours or sooner upon notification. Proactive measures should be taken prior to the arrival of a storm.

• Address and site information for contracts in place must be setup in advance to assure fuel deliveries.
