Guided Reading

Hello Year 6,

Below is a piece of guided reading work for you to complete at home today. If you have a

printer at home, you may like to print the document off and work straight onto the sheets.

If you don't have access to a printer, write your answers neatly onto a piece of paper.

Jobs:

1) Text mark the extract - use all the thought bubbles we have used in class together. If you

don't have a printer write your notes on a piece of paper.

2) Answer all questions on the comprehension sheets - don't forget to use the key words to

help you locate the answers, just like we have been doing in class.

You will need to bring your work into class so we can look over it on our return.

Feel free to use highlighters and coloured pens to help you with your text marking.
