JagPride Student Rewards Program is a free app that brings the reward

program into the digital age and offers a more interactive fan experience for

our students. It uses the GPS on mobile devices to check students in at

various venues throughout campus and locations in Mobile, Alabama. The

Student's Reward Program works on a point scale, for every check-in,

students will receive points to receive awards.

BACKGROUND

August 2013 - Jag Swag Launch

September 2013 - 766 Users

October 2014 - 2,664 Users

May 2015 - 2,900 Users

March 2016 - 4,111 Users

Today - 4,463 Users

In the first year, the student with the highest points reached 151 points, which is

over 75 athletic events in one year. This year, the student with the highest points

reached 181 points, which is over 85 athletic events in one year!

Push notifications feature 180 characters sent to each user to remind them about

events. These reach ALL 4, 463 users.

End of the Year Pizza Party

Location: Softball Decks

Sponsor: Godfather's Pizza

Description of Event: Jag Swag's End of the Year Pizza Party was held March 30, 2016.

Jag Swag users RSVP' and had "all you can eat" pizza provided by Jaguar Athletics and

Godfather's Pizza. Our "Free Pizza for One Year" winner threw the first pitch at this

South Alabama Softball game.

Grand Opening of Bebo's Market Express

Location: Bebo's Market Express new location on Old Shell / Hillcrest

Sponsor: Bebo's Car Wash

Description of Event: The first 75 Jag Swag users received a free "South Alabama"

double-wall Tumbler. With this tumbler, user received one Free Icee day of Grand

Opening and received 50% off refills with South Alabama Tumbler from April 21 until

the end of May.

Getting Ready for Summer Give-Aways

Location: Stanky Field and Jaguar Field

Sponsor: USA Bookstore and South Alabama Athletic Marketing Department

Description of Event: For every event attended during the month of April, Jag Swag

users received one entry into our "Getting Ready for Summer" give-away. User had the

chance of winning (1) GoPro Hero and (1) Pair of Beats Headphones OR (1) Apple TV and

(1) Beats Pill.
