NOTES:
1. The OD of the J-Tubes indicated are preliminary. The same are subject to change during detailed engineering based on inputs from flexible pipe vender
2. The I–Tube wall thickness and material grades are good for quotation and are subject to change during detailed engineering based on inputs from pre-engineering survey report.
3. The lengths do not include spare quantities and other installation related contingencies. The same to be added by purchaser.
4. ‘I’tube lengths shall be firmed up during detail engineering based on inputs from jacket face survey report.
5. I-tube Bell mouth seals / closure arrangement will be as per the design of flexible pipeline vender.6. Stud bolts and nuts shall be as per ANSI B 16.5, B 18.2.1 and 18.2.2 respectively.7. All stud bolts and nuts for subsea application shall be coated with PTFE (Xylan or equivalent) to a
minimum of 40 microns. Colour of the coating shall be RED. 8. All drilled nuts shall be provided with holes suitable for tightening with Tommy bars. Size of the
holes shall be as per the requirement of installation agency.9. Dimensions of all flanges shall be as per ANSI B 16.5 for 24 OD flange.10. All gaskets shall be octagonal ring type as per ANSI B16.20, Material shall be soft iron. The gasket Shall be coated with Zinc plating as per ASTM B633 type II SC3 over which a protective coating / oil shall be applied for storage and shipment. Face finish for gasket shall not exceed 63 in.11. The quantities of flanges, stud bolts, nuts, drilled nuts and gaskets do not include any
contingencies. Purchaser to consider the same. 12. Studs, Nuts and Drilled nuts for hang – off flanges are to be supplied by the flexible pipe vendor.
