Jeno Molnir J. Molnar to his 70th Birthday On February 3, 1982 Jeno Molnar celebrated his 70th birthday. He started his medical studies in 1929 at the University of Budapest/Hungary. From 1937 till 1978 he worked at the University Clinic for Urology at Budapest as assistant,adjunct, docent and as the head of the department of Andrology. He interested so many young doctors for the field of andrology; therefore a number of doctors trained by Jeno Molnir are now worlung in andrology. He gave lectures at international and national congresses; also he organized some congresses. He published more than 120 papers and monographs in Hungarian, Russian and German language. In 1946 he founded the Hungarian Group of Andrology, by which the foundation of further groups in East Europe were stimulated. Jeno Molnar is one of the representatives of Andrology in East Europe best known over the world not only as a skilful clinician, as well as a respectable scientist and a faithful fellow. He is a man of the first hour in the develop- ment of our science. Fourteen years already he is member of the Editorial Board of Andrologia. Molnir is a honorary member of some national societies of Andrology . We want to express our sincere appreciation and we hope that he will spend many happy years with the family as well as with his numerous friends during his further life. andrologia 14 (1982)

J. Molnar to his 70th Birthday

On February 3, 1982 Jeno Molnar celebrated his 70th birthday. He started his medical studies in 1929 at the University of Budapest/Hungary.
