SKILLS:
Managerial – Managed a team of 12-15 staff members at a family entertainment center
[Olympic Fun Center] for nearly three years. Responsibilities included training,
bookkeeping, and active involvement in staffing (hiring and termination process).
Successfully collaborated with company owners to create and implement a three-step
hiring process to reduce turnover. As of the final six months of 2013, the retention rate
for new hires was at 63%, up from 33% the previous six months.
Entrepreneurial – Currently working with a web development and consulting firm in
generating effective online marketing solutions. Currently overseeing a dozen client
projects, providing opportunities for clients to effectively bring their businesses into new
markets through web and mobile based approaches.
Collaborative – Proactive member in team settings including working within a web
development team, member of church band, and organizing hundreds of private and
public events.
