From our operating offices in the UK and Singapore, we deliver fully integrated manpower solutions which encompass our crewing & crew management, recruitment, and project hire services.
We support companies undertaking onshore and offshore projects, including EPC, exploration & production, IRM, subsea intervention, seabed to surface engineering, fabrication and
oilfield services.
Our rapid mobilisation of individual personnel, full crews or project teams, on short or long-term contract assignments worldwide, continually saves our clients time and money. The IV Global
workforce of local and expatriate personnel is made up of blue collar, technical and white collar professionals, with experience spanning all stages of the project cycle.

IV Global personnel and full crews are offered as a collaborative solution between our UK and Singapore offices, with project management from the
location that best suits your operational requirements.
As well as individual personnel to assist with crew changes, IV Global regularly provide our clients with full crewing solutions, supplying and
managing the entire crew including visas, crew changes, payroll and logistics.
The IV Global workforce consists of expatriates, Eastern & Western Europeans, North & South Americans, Indians and South East Asians, enabling
us to provide suitably qualified, experienced, cost-effective crew for all positions. This service is enhanced by our multitude of bilingual Crewing Coordinators, speaking languages including; Russian, Polish, Portuguese, Persian, Latvian, Lithuanian, Tamil, Malay, Mandarin and Tagalog, although
levels of spoken English are always confirmed prior to acceptance.
Our workforce is truly global, with manpower spanning six continents and all time zones. All personnel are subject to a strict compliance procedure prior
to acceptance ensuring all necessary certification is present and correct, enabling us to mobilise rapidly without delays.
CREWINGSUBSEA
IV Global subsea crew specialise in ROV, diving, underwater inspection and geophysical & hydrographic survey. We have an excellent track record of providing highly skilled technical
personnel on short or long-term contracts. Our experience extends to a wide array of offshore projects, including subsea construction; inspection, maintenance & repair; seabed-to-surface
engineering and survey & positioning.
CONSTRUCTIONWe provide top down construction crew, both local and expatriate, including management, rigging
& heavy lift specialists, equipment technicians and labour & trades. Our extensive database of offshore construction personnel have worked on vessels, barges, rigs and platforms and boast
experience ranging from SURF installation, dredging, construction of offshore structures and pipelay projects.
MARINEOur readily available seafarers include marine officers and engineers of all ranks as well as above and below deck crew. IV Global only provide crew with substantial, recent experience sailing on
offshore vessels, inclusive of supply, construction, maintenance and tug vessels.IV Global has been successfully audited by the Maritime & Coastguard Agency and are a certified
recruitment and placement agency operating to MLC 2006 standards.
DRILLING & FLOATING PRODUCTIONOur Drilling & Floating Production solution delivers individual or full crew for the Drilling,
Maintenance, Marine and Production departments of drilling rigs and floating production units. All drilling & floating production crew have recent experience working on MODUs, platforms, FPSO &
FLNG units, with the correct certification in place to enable short-term mobilisation.
RENEWABLE ENERGYTo complement the ever-increasing popularity of wind power, IV Global provide crewing solutions
for the installation, construction, operation and maintenance of offshore wind farms. Our workforce includes turbine technicians, site managers, HSE professionals, client reps,
electrical/commissioning engineers and the marine, heavy lift and construction crew for wind farm installation vessels.

civil, energy and maritime sectors. Our workforce is instrumental in the successful completion of construction and fabrication projects across the globe. We work closely with our clients to deliver
the expertise required, often on tight timescales and to local labour restrictions.
PETROCHEMICALSIV Global expertise extends to supplying expert manpower to the petrochemicals industry.
We provide plant operators and chemical corporations with the vital personnel necessary to operate and maintain the complex infrastructures paramount to their business success. All of our
inspectors, technicians, engineers and managers come from a petrochemicals background and are experienced in different products and classes.

IV Global offer complete project hire solutions to the oil & gas, petrochemical, fabrication and construction industries, delivered through a combination of our
compliance & logistics, recruitment and crewing services.
Controlling cost is fundamental to project success. Our supply and management of manpower fixes costs and guarantees the correct personnel are available at each stage of the project, incorporating workforce compliance, logistics and payroll. We draw on our extensive manpower resource to staff projects from the conceptual
stage to completion, inclusive of project controls, management, engineering, commissioning, QHSE, trades, labour and administrative personnel.
Our workforce consists of expatriates, Australians, Europeans, North & South Americans, Indians and South East Asians, enabling us to provide suitably qualified, experienced, cost-effective personnel for the whole project. PROJECT HIRE
IV Global clients operate internationally, often on time and cost-sensitive projects. We operate a dedicated Compliance & Logistics department which provides vital support services to our clients
whilst underpinning our manpower provision and safeguarding the quality of our service.
The Compliance & Logistics team work closely with our Crewing and Recruitment departments throughout the process, ensuring our clients are getting the right person, with the correct
certification, exactly when they need them. Our robust internal processes regularly stand up to internal and external audits.
Compliance specialists carry out background checks and verify certification and qualifications in the first instance. If job or client specific training, certification, drug screening or medical examinations are required, our team will arrange for these to be completed in a time and
cost-efficient manner. Location dependent, our service extends to arranging vaccinations, visas, work permits and employment passes through our trusted network of partners.
For seafarers and marine crews, we manage the entire process to MLC 2006 standards and we are registered with the Maritime & Coastguard Agency’s Seafarers Training & Certification Branch, enabling us to verify the validity and authenticity of UK CoCs and CECs. We also have systems in
place for the verification of competency certificates issued outside of the UK.
Alongside the administrative formalities, the Compliance & Logistics team also take care of the practical arrangements. We take care of mobilisation and demobilisation in full, including
international and domestic flights, vehicles for short-term rental or long-term leasing, accommodation, insurance and tools/PPE upon request. Our full cycle service ensures rapid
mobilisation of manpower worldwide.
Ensuring our manpower is paid on time is paramount to them being able to concentrate on the job at hand. Our trusted and reliable payroll service assures timely payment whilst meeting local
taxation and payroll requirements of the project location.
