At the 2015 meeting, where ap-proximately 100 members are ex-pected to attend, Ivanhoe Grammar-ians will host lodges including:■ Mount Scopus and Collegians,■ Brighton Grammarians,■ Melbourne High School,■ Old Melburnians,■ Wesley Collegians,■ Caulfield Grammarians,■ Old Scotch Collegians,■ Public Schools Chapter andMark.

Receipts issued■ The Ivanhoe Grammar SchoolScholarship Fund has issued tax de-ductible receipts for all 2014-15 do-nations by Ivanhoe GrammariansLodge members to the Rev. PeterHolloway Ivanhoe Grammar Ma-sonic Lodge Scholarship Fund.

The Lodge is particularly apprecia-tive of the matching $4000 chequefrom the Freemasons FoundationVictoria Ltd. This matched theLodge’s $4000 donation.

A total of $8000 is being appliedto Senior School scholarship help.

■ Ivanhoe Grammarians Lodgemembers collected $335.90 for theRoyal Children’s Hospital Good Fri-day Appeal on April 3.

Two shifts were manned at the 7-Eleven Thornbury store by Bro.Simon Browning and Bro. DamianByrne (morning); and Wor. Bro.Rahim Samat and Wor. Bro. MichaelHolloway (afternoon).

The total was 70 cents shy of lastyear’s collection total at Thornbury:$336.60. The first year (2013) of ourcollections raised $584 for the appeal.

The Northern District collectionsamounted to $19,420.40, up from lastyear’s tally of $15,193.25.

Wor. Bro. Peter Harris, NorthernDistrict Collection Project Co-Ordinator, said that the Freemasonscollection were grouped with the UncleBobs Club collections, which totalled$625,073 for the year.

In the District, some 108 Free-ma-son volunteers stood in front of the con-venience stores; 26 of the Masons werecollecting for the first time.

Engage newsletter editor GabrielleForman included a photo of Rahimand Michael in the publication, whichis circulated to Victoria’s 10,600 mem-bers.

Our Senior Warden, Wor. Bro.Wayne Motton, was also photo-graphed in his other capacity as Sec-retary of the Admiral CollingwoodLodge.

Each volunteer will recive an Appre-ciation Certificate.

Wor. Bro. Dr Robin Dunstone vis-ited the Wesley Collegians Lodge atPrahran.

Wor. Bro. Wayne Motton madejourneys to a number of lodges, includ-ing the Caulfield Grammarians meet-ing (which had dispensation not to meeton Easter Monday).

Whisky Tasting■ Melbourne High School Lodge isconducting a Whisky Tasting on Fri-day, July 10.
