Etisalat "Saytar" Smart Phones & Tablets Mobile Application ITWorx developed a secure and user-friendly mobile application (Saytar) smart phones and tablet mobile application. Saytar is the first application of its kind in Egypt; no other telecom operator or service provider has presented its subscribers with a fully-fledged account management (self-care) application. The application offers subscribers access to their Etisalat accounts, where they can manage different services, view their bills and redeem more loyalty points/gifts. Users are also able to report instantly any kind of network problem they face, and locate the nearest payment spots wherever they are. This is in addition to Register in Etisalat Self-service (Including Change & Forgot password option), Rate plan Migration, browse & buy call tone, have a most used actions tab, and Subscribe and unsubscribe from existing alert services.
