Booth Assignments The trade show floor is divided into separate halls for foodand home and health. All booth assignments are on a first-come, first-served basis in order of receipt of application and payment, product eligibility and availability

of space.

Special Pavilions and SectionsThe show also features specialsections devoted to innovation,licensing and other industryservices as well as 15 nationaland regional pavilions. Consultyour PLMA representativeregarding these pavilions andsections.

Decoration and FurnishingsA full range of exhibit furniture, fixtures, electrical powerand other services can be rented from the official contractorusing forms which will be included in the contractor kit.Exhibitors may also use their own furnishings, subject totrade show rules and safety and fire regulations.

Official Program GuideAs a PLMA exhibitor, you get a free listing in the OfficialProgram Guide which includes company name, address,phone, website, email, product lines and exhibitorpersonnel. Advertising space is also available for companies who wish to promote their booth location or products.

PLMA Live! CoverageThe show is broadcast byvideo feed to hotels andmonitors throughout theexhibition halls as well ason the internet atwww.plmalive.com andwebsites of supportingtrade publications.PreliminaryRetail and WholesaleRegistrationList

Exhibitors receive a preliminary retailer and wholesaler list 30 days prior to the show to help arrange appointmentsin advance. A final list is available after the show to helpfollow up on contacts and arrange post-showappointments.

Show Preview Exhibitors are invited to announce new products on PLMA’sShow Preview, which is sent to all registered retail andwholesale visitors 30 days prior to the show.

New Product Expo®Exhibitors can also submit new products for display inPLMA’s New Product Expo®, which is located inside PLMA’sIdea Supermarket® and open during show hours.

PLMA Matchmaker™PLMA Matchmaker helps retailers and wholesalers arrangeappointments with exhibitors prior to the show. Exhibitorsreceive secure access codes prior to the show in order toparticipate.

Seminars and Special EventsExhibitor personnel receive free admission to PLMA’sOpening Night Reception, Salute to Excellence Breakfastand PLMA Live! Breakfast, as well as to all seminars andworkshops.

Welcome to the Private Label Manufacturers

Association. It’s a big family, too. With more than 3,200member companies worldwide, PLMA is the only industryorganization devoted entirely to promoting the interests ofstore brands. Through its year-round programs andpublications, PLMA gives members the contacts andservices they need to compete effectively in today'smarketplace.

MEMBERSHIP PROFILEFounded in 1979, PLMA'smembership ranges from multi-national corporations to small family-owned suppliers. Their productsinclude food, beverages, snacks,health and beauty, household,kitchen, housewares, DIY, leisure andgeneral merchandise. Many membermanufacturers only do private label.Others are well-known brandmakers who also have private labelcapacity. Together, they formPLMA's Active Membership. Forbrokers and trade suppliers, there isPLMA’s Associate Membership. Forinternational companies, there is PLMA International Council.

TRADE SHOWS PLMA provides membermanufacturers with sellingopportunities around theworld. In addition to PLMA’sannual show in Chicago,PLMA presents the “World ofPrivate Label” InternationalTrade Show in May in Amsterdamin Europe. PLMA’s Shanghai PrivateLabel Fair in China in December ispresented in partnership with the ShanghaiInternational Sourcing Promotion Center.

CONFERENCES AND SEMINARS PLMA also presents conferences and events throughout the year that deal with current issues from marketing andconsumer trends to trade practices and legislative andregulatory concerns. These include PLMA’s Annual Meeting& Leadership Conference and PLMA’s WashingtonConference.

EXECUTIVE EDUCATION Members can also participate in PLMA's Executive Educationprogram, developed in conjunction with St. Joseph'sUniversity in Philadelphia. The program offers a 4-dayprogram of courses covering private label history, retailmarketing and merchandising, new product developmentand promotion.

RESEARCH ANDPUBLICATIONSPLMA provides members with keyintelligence data, too. In conjunctionwith The Nielsen Company, PLMApublishes the Annual Private LabelYearbook with market share data fromsupermarkets, drug chains and massmerchandisers. PLMA also regularlytracks consumer shopping behaviorin conjunction with GfK Research. To keep members informedthroughout the year, PLMAprovides members with the onlineE-Scanner newsletters.

PLMA.ORG PLMA Member Services arecoordinated through an exclusive

member service websitePLMA.ORG. These servicesinclude PLMA's InternetYearbook with Nielsenmarket share data for nearly700 product categories andsubcategories across all channels and ninegeographical regions on

a quarterly basis. Othermembers-only services include
