iTOTE USER GUIDE

What is iTote?With iTote, you can view real-time race day information, place bets and access account services using your mobile phones, tablets and computers.

iTote is an application compatible with iOS and Android devices (phones/tablets) and via internet browsers on Macintosh and Windows Operating Systems (computers).

1.1 Login

To launch the App, tap on the App icon, or log on to http://itote.sg

Enter your Singapore Pools Account (Horse Racing) number and PIN.

Enter the OTP received on your registered mobile number.

If you did not receive the OTP, tap on the “Resend” button.

Read and scroll down the National Council on Problem Gambling advisory message to activate the “Acknowledge” button, or tap on “Log Out” to exit to the Login screen.

What is TeleTote?TeleTote is an automated voice response service that allows you to place your bets or request for race information just by using the telephone.

With TeleTote, you can:

1. Place bets through any telephone; land line or mobile

2.1 TeleTote Guided Self-BetWith this guided service, you can wager on the races by following a set of automated voice instructions.

To start, just dial 6691 9611 Step 1 Select LANGUAGE or NATIONAL PROBLEM GAMBLING HELPLINE

After selecting language, enter your TELEBET ACCOUNT NUMBER followed by the # key and PIN followed by the # key to login.

Step 2 Enter your choice of Meeting. (This step is not required on days of standalone meeting.)

2.5 Operator-Assisted ServiceBesides using TeleTote, you can also speak to our service operators to place your wagers. Our operators will be on standby to accept your requests right up to race jump.

To start, just dial 6691 9888 for our Operated Assisted Service.

Then, select language, enter your Singapore Pools Account (Horse Racing) Number and PIN, and you will be connected to an operator.

Note: Account customers are kindly requested to listen carefully to the operator’s bet confirmation read-back. There will be NO cancellation or refunds once a bet is confirmed by the customer and accepted by the system.
