SPECIFICATIONS

Cabinet - Cabinets are all metal, inside andout. The top, back, and bottom are made ofgalvanized steel. In addition, all seams areclosed and sealed, with metal edges turnedaway from the exposed surface. The result isan integrated structural frame. Internal cor-ners are coved to conform to NSF standards.Automatic interior lighting is controlled by alight switch concealed in the door hinge, exceptglass door models employ a manual switch.

Doors - Constructed of metal, refrigeratordoors are self-closing and fully insulated.Their cam-lift hinges are chrome-plated andself-lubricating. Hinges also have a safetystop that holds the door open, preventingoverswing. Chrome-plated pull handles havebuilt-in cylinder locks. The full-perimeter,magnetic vinyl gaskets are removable withoutthe use of tools. Doors easily lift off, and doorperimeters have a built-in, low wattage, andanti-condensate heater. Door openings areprotected by an impact-resistant, nonconduc-

tive PVC breaker strip with no exposedscrews or fasteners.

Insulation - Cabinet body, doors, and evapo-rator coil housings are filled with pressure-injected polyurethane foam.

Interior Shelves - Three wire shelves per sec-tion are standard. Shelves have a runnerspaced 3/4 inch O.C. with two reinforcingbars 8 1/2 inch O.C. Coated with 7 mils ofbaked-on gray epoxy. The shelves have asaline spray corrosion resistance of 600hours. Shelves will support 250 pounds eachwith maximum cabinet load of 800 lbs. Theyare supported on stainless steel pilasters, andare adjustable on 1 inch centers. All threeshelves are interchangeable and can beadjusted without tools or special parts.

Self-Contained Refrigeration - The completerefrigeration assembly is mounted on top ofthe cabinet behind a removable hatch cover.

Refrigeration components include a hermeti-cally sealed compressor, thermostatic expansion valve, thermostatic temperaturecontrol, high-humidity coated evaporator coiland hot gas condensate evaporator. The sys-tem is balanced to maintain 38°F averageinternal air temperature. Windrunner gradientair displacement process provides even airflow and temperature control throughout thecabinet. All components are factory installedand tested, and supplied with an attachedcord and plug (self-contained, 115 volt onlyless than 16 amps), master power switch, andexterior digital thermometer.

Remote Cabinets - Standard remote units areprovided with capped refrigeration lines,expansion valve, solenoid valve, electric con-densate evaporator, and temperature control.Condensing unit is not included. All otherfeatures are the same as self-contained units,except power cord.
