ITC promise the electronics yearly failure rate is less than 1%. ITC guarantee all electronics of 3 years quality warranty. ITC could supply 1% wearing spare parts free of charge. ITC guarantee all loudspeakers of 6 months quality warranty. All of the spare parts and replacement freight is paid by buyer. All of quality complaint shall be attached with serial number, failure

test report and photos. All of the quality compliant shall be feedback with a solution within 48

hours. ITC could supply circuit diagram documents for repair.
