GREEN TECHNOLOGY AT ITC
• WATER : Rain water harvesting via interlocking tiles. The water harvested is then recycled using Aerobic Bioreactors.
• ENERGY (Temperature Control) : High albedo roof coating reduces the amount of heat absorbed by reflecting 90% heat radiations away from the building thereby reducing the usage of Air conditioners.
• AIR QUALITY: Carbon dioxide monitoring system maintains the carbon dioxide emission level to the environment.
