SAVINGMODELS
While there are many different variations in the specific approaches to energysavings performance contracts, these can generally be characterized into two basictypes of agreements - “Shared Savings” and “Guaranteed Savings”. In both models,Greetude provides the complete range of implementation services and generatesenergy and cost savings. The differences are in the manner in which the project isfinanced, payments are made from the host facility to Greetude, and energy andcost savings are allocated between the Greetude and the host facility.
