An indulgent cross between a classic Spritz and a S’Groppino, with hints of

cherry from a great Italian liqueur and floral aromas from Bulgarian lavender.

Build all ingredients over ice and mix, garnish with a scoop of lemon sorbet and

a lavender sprig. Finish off with a light grating of orange peel.

their world famous lemons, this citrussy take on a Negroni

which uses our very own Revolutionary vermouth is a

real head-turner.

Store batch in freezer for an ice cold negroni every time. Build over an ice block and stir briefly, garnish with an

orange slice.

The famous apple martini is given a fresh

and makeover using fine ingredients and swapping

apple for our delicious house-made pear puree.

Combine all the ingredients, shake with ice and strain

into a martini glass. Garnish with a dill sprig.

Americano and the Adonis into a frothy

delight.

Chill Adonis Americano batch followed by

carbonating in a soda siphon. Spray into a mixing tin and slowly

decant into a highball glass with ice. Garnish

with an orange slice and cherry.

classic fizz, using our own homemade

raspberry & basil puree and a gin infused with ten

precious botanicals to give a tantalising and

ginger beer, shake with ice and strain into a

highball glass with ice. Top up with ginger beer and stir slowly. Garnish

with a basil sprig, raspberry and a spray

of Bulgarian white rose water.

HARVEY GARIBALDI

The Garibaldi is a revitalised classic,

which we have twisted with a retro classic the

Harvey Wallbanger.

First pour in the measure of Campari into a highball. Then

combine vodka, honey and orange juice

into a mixing tin with ice and shake and

strain. Add crushed ice into the glass and a float of Galliano on

top. Garnish with a dehydrated orange

wheel and raspberries. Mix before drinking.

A delicious twist on the Godfather, with the adult addition of an

amaro from Sicily.

Combine all the ingredients, stir with ice and strain into
