  • Courses of Italian for all levels. Our courses are based on a communicative and interactive approach. Right from the first lesson students are encouraged to speak Italian thanks to role-plays, games and daily situations. All our teachers are highly qualified and all share a lively personality and a contagious passion for their language. Italian culture is also discussed in each lesson as language and culture are intertwined. Our classes are small (6-8 students). Our social activities Teaching is not confined to the classroom, we regularly organize dinners to Italian restaurants, Italian movie nights, opera nights and other events which allow students to practice, socialize and talk in Italian. We like to think of ourselves as a network rather than just a school. www.italianconnections.com.au

  • Language and Culture seminars Sometimes students find some grammatical topics or structures very challenging as they greatly differ from those of their mother tongue. With this in mind we have designed the Language Seminars which concentrate and consolidate some thorny grammatical points, such as prepostitions or pronouns. We also organize seminars on interesting aspects of Italian culture, such as cinema, art, literature as well as travellers seminars for those who are travelling to Italy and wish to have updated, practical information on the country at this point in time. www.italianconnections.com.au

  • Italian cuisine seminars: Many of our students share a passion for Italian cuisine and to satisfy their palate as well as their linguistic interests, we organize Italian cooking classes with a theme. The seminar also includes a mini course in Italian which provides plenty of historical and cultural information. Our seminars are always held by renowned chefs and experts such as sommelier and fromager who entertain students with interesting presentations and tastings. At the end of the class we all sit down together and enjoy a nice lunch or dinner! www.italianconnections.com.au

  • Our most important project because we strongly believe in the importance of learning a foreign language from a young age. In a multicultural country like Australia, knowing another language is nowadays essential and Italian is one of the most popular languages in schools. Children are divided by age groups starting from 4 years of age up to High School. We only teach small classes (maximum 8). We use songs, games, fun activities as well as enthusiastic teachers who specialize in teaching children. We also offer coaching and teaching for HSC Italian. www.italianconnections.com.au

  • We firmly believe that the best way to learn a foreign language and understand its culture is by immersing ourselves in the country where the language is spoken. Our study trips offer 3 or 4 hours of tuition each day in excellent schools which are qualified and recognized by the Italian government for teaching Italian to foreigners. We organize afternoon and evening activities (e.g. visits to historic places, aperitivo nights, dinners with the teachers, opera, musical shows) We also offer guided tours in the surrounding areas, attendance of sports events, (e.g. the unmissable soccer match) or shopping trips to famous outlets in the area. We always offer also a regional cooking class in the kitchen or restaurant of a famous local chef. Our philosophy is learn Italian while having fun, We offer different and varied programs which can satisfy every level, interest and budget. We take our clients to different destinations and regions each year. www.italianconnections.com.au
