    screen causing vertical or horizontal lines.3. Dont leave your laptop unattended in public areas such

    as conference rooms, meeting rooms, etc.

    While In Transit: 1. If your laptop is in your car, keep your car locked while

    driving.2. If you need to leave your car and you will not take your

    laptop with you, keep it in a tray covered boot.3. Never leave your laptop unattended in a public place.

    At Home: 1. Keep your laptop in a safe dry place.2. Dont use your laptop while eating or drinking.3. Dont set anything on your laptop that could damage it.

    DATA AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY 1. Ensure that your laptops hard disk is encrypted.2. Use updated Anti-virus software.
