A Software Development Company was in a situation where it was in a middle of a project and suddenly the client informed them about change in the technology requirements for a particular module of the application to be built. The software company did not have much expertise in this new technology as this this was a comparatively new technology in the market and not many resources were available.
So, they approached us to help them on this project for the module based on the new technology.

The first challenge we faced was that of understanding the already built system so that we could find the matching link between the existing and the new module.
The second challenge was that they needed to finish the project in a short span of time with cost as an extra constrain.
