OUT WITH THE OLD; IN WITH ????????

Old site was too laborious (need coding background to maintain) and so was out of date and had incorrect information.

If we needed to create a new one

(without coding) what would it look like?

What should be its function?

HOW TO GET IT GOING AND TO GET BUY IN???• Provide Examples of what can be done

• Provide a platform in which to create and post things

• Provide the time for departments to coordinate efforts and tasks

• Be diligent about how the time is used and where the accountability can be (must be visible and on the site)

• Continue to find ways to provide time and support (hardware if needed), bring in experts

THE GOAL• Site is self perpetuating and visited

• School provided time is no longer needed (teachers are creating on their own).
