CONFERENCE CHAIR MESSAGE
Dr. Samuel. A
International Conference on “Information Technology Engineering and Applied Sciences” serves as platform that aims to help the scholarly community across nations to explore the critical role of multidisciplinary innovations for sustainability and growth of human societies. This conference provides opportunity to the academicians, practitioners, scientists, and scholars from across various disciplines to discuss avenues for interdisciplinary innovations and identify effective ways to address the challenges faced by our societies globally. The research ideas and studies that we received for this conference are very promising, unique, and impactful. I believe these studies have the potential to address key challenges in various sub-domains of social sciences and applied sciences. I am thankful to our honorable scientific and review committee for spending much of their time in reviewing the papers for this event. I am also thankful to all the participants for being here with us to create an environment of knowledge sharing and learning. We the scholars of this world belong to the elite educated class of this society and we owe a lot to return to this society. Let’s break all the discriminating barriers and get free from all minor affiliations. Let’s contribute even a little or single step for betterment of society and welfare of humanity to bring prosperity, peace and harmony in this world. Stay blessed. Thank you.

Crystal Structure and Vibrational Spectra of New P-
Phenylendiammonium Salt: P-Phenylenediammonium
Dinitrate
Boursas Fawzia1*, Berrah Fadila2
Abstract In the last years, organic–inorganic hybrid salts have attracted more
attention because of their interesting features and properties. These materials
exhibit remarkable structural diversity which results from various type of
non-covalent interactions, such as hydrogen bonding, π-π staking, CH..π
Interaction, etc. The present paper is interested in the structural, theoretical
and vibrational (IR and Raman spectra) study of new hybrid salts of p-
phenylenediamine. The organic entity in this hybrid compound belongs to the
large family of p-phenylenediamine derivatives known by its wide range of
properties.

Factors Influencing Adoption of Mobile Commerce
Comparing Between Generation X and Generation Y
Pawitra Narkwichean1*, Pensri Jaroenwanit2
Abstract The adoption of innovation is one the signs to show the success of
innovation development and market launch. At the present, mobile commerce
is the developed innovation and plays intensive role in consumers market.
Different consumer generations accept mobile commerce differently due to
different factors. Hence, this study aimed to study the factors influenced the
adoption of mobile commerce which consisted of consumer attitudes,
influence of reference groups, perceptions towards the adoption of mobile
commerce of generation X and generation Y, and the comparison of the
effects of all 3 factors. The questionnaires were used to collect data from the
sample group based on 200 of each generation X and generation Y consumers
whose hometown in Bangkok, Nakornratchasima, and Khon Kaen. The
results of the study revealed that the factor as the influence of reference
groups and perceptions influenced the adoption of generation X consumers,
while the factor as consumer attitudes and perceptions influenced generation
Y consumers. As well, generation X and Y consumers had different attitudes
and perceptions. Such results could be used as a guideline for a marketer to
plan the marketing plans and develop mobile commerce in the purpose of
persuading the consumers to accept and use mobile commerce more.

Relationship between Brand Experience and Brand
Engagement of Thai and Lao Consumers: A Case Study of
Milk Product
Pensri Jaroenwanit1*, Wananya Thongthip2
Abstract This research aims to study the relationship between brand
experience and customer brand engagement by collecting data from 400 Thai
consumers and 400 Lao consumers who have consumed milk products and
analyzing the data by using Pearson Correlation. Findings reveal that brand
experience in the following dimensions: sensory, affective and behavioral
have a positive relationship with customer brand engagement in the context
of milk products among Thai and Lao consumers. These results can serve as
guidelines in developing marketing strategies for academics and
entrepreneurs of milk industry both in Thailand and Lao markets.

Abstract The study is descriptive analysis of global financial crises from
tulip mania to subprime financial crises. It investigates the major reason and
impacts of the major financial crises which has affected the world immensely
in the past. The focus of the study is to analyze major lessons learnt from the
crises the reasons which triggered the crises at different times in history are
more or less alike in case of some global financial crises. One prime objective
of the study is to pick out the parallels between the different crises and to
identify the connecting threads of the global crises. They could enable us to
get to know about the crises in order to avoid and lessen the future
consequences of global financial crises. The analyses of the major crises of
the world financial history are studied in order to see their impact on the
developing countries and their growth. The ultimate aim of the research is to
review and analyze historic and modern literature on global financial crises
and to get a deep insight of all the major and monumental crises of the world.
The in depth analysis reveals that the events of the crises are repetitive and
recurring which are the result of forgotten lesson learnt from the previous
crises. The root cause of all major crises is same in major crises, which is
speculation, in all major crises excessive money supply developed high risk
taking which resulted in huge speculations. The study investigates the

Nursery Interior Design and it's Impact on the Babies
Happinace Comfort, Growth & Learning in Jordan
Mayyadah Fahmi Hussein*
Abstract Article aimed to investigate from the impact of nursery interior
design into the growth, happiness, comfort and learning of babies and infants
in Jordan campus. This research was carried out by descriptive analytical
approach chose Petra nursery which is located on the university of Petra
campus and established in 2015 as a case study to provide stimulation for the
children with positive impact of learning friendly environmental nursery
for the early childhood development system in Jordanian campus on the
babyies comfort, happiness, learning and growth. The data regarding the
nursery was collected through published resources, open-ended interviews
and surveys with five teachers and observing kids, babies, by colored photos
and site visits every week. The results according to this study, the babies were
very pleased with the interior and exterior nursery designs. For example: The
impact of indoor play area at babies shows the Percentage increased in the
learning of children about 95% spatially in the dance and music area. On the
other side the lowest percentage in the learning of babies about 78% in the
house area. And the happiness impact of color and material was increased of
the babies about 95% except the sciences and discovery area were 66%. And
92% says that the babies were very pleased with the color and picture in
nursery sleep rooms. The conclusion of this research shows that the room was
very cozy and comfortable, and the babies were extremely happy with the
decisions of friendly environmental materials, color, and furniture.
