Residential tourism and lifestyle migration has contrasting consequences:
An important economic activity (real estate, trade/consumption, facilities, etc.) that stimulates the offer of personal, health and elder care services;
Contribution to the vitality of relatively neglected areas.
But also, social and environmental problems
