North Moors: The planning application (20/P/00197) for fencing and a new access road to facilitate the new allotments is due to be considered by members of the Planning Committee at Guildford Borough Council in April. In addition, the Secretary of State for Housing, Communities and Local Government is considering our application to remove and reprovide the allotments at a new site.

Subject to the grant of planning permission, works on the allotment sites will begin in May 2020. Further details can be found on our website at www.weysideurbanvillage.co.uk

Starting from Monday 16th March and lasting until the summer, the team at Delta Simons will be carrying out soil investigation works on behalf of The Weyside Urban Village Project. This exploratory work is necessary in order to understand what further work needs to be undertaken before we start developing on the site. The team will be on site between 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday.
