New Cinnabon and Zaatar w Zeit outlets now open in Abu Dhabi
dding their own flavour to sustainability, Cinnabon and Zaatar w Zeit are now open in My City Center Masdar City. This new move brings a bit of sugar and spice to the already impressive Masdar project, which is designed to rely on clean energy sources.
One of the most instagrammed mosques in the world, Grand Mosque of Abu Dhabi got its own Cinnabon as well; offering our famous rolls and Seattle’s Best Coffee to hundreds of tourists and worshipers.

Health and Wellness Day
We at Cravia firmly believe in the importance of a healthy body, hence we held the Health and Wellness Day in the Head Office with free medical check-up on BMI, blood sugar and blood pressure. Employees were happy to know the current status of their health and by this, we were able to keep track of our well-being. More to be conducted within the stores too.

Cravia’s Bring Your Kids to Work Day
The Cravia family had the pleasure of hosting Little Cravians at the Head Office on our special Bring Your Kids to Work Day. The initiative was designed to enhance Employee Engagement activity giving the children a glimpse of the great work their parents do. The day was filled with laughter, entertainment and priceless moments!

Keep your eye on the targetLouay’s column
Life is full of distractions. At any given moment, a person is bombarded with information, noise, and opinions, most of it being negative and counterproductive. Few can rise above the clutter and stay focused on what matters the most.
As leaders, we need to take a step back and have a plan that prioritises our business goals and objectives. The drive must come from within and flow across the organisation.
“Success is no accident. It is hard work, perseverance, learning, studying, sacrifice and most of all, love of what you are doing or learning to do.” – Pele
Here are four steps to real success:
1) Inward focus: You can only control yourself, not others. Focus your energy on moving forward, not on negativity. Educate yourself, make sure every day is full of life and energy. Make every action an interaction.
2) Have a plan: Nobody plans to fail but people do fail to plan. Make a list every work day and achieve it. Be
organised and stay true to your plan. Congratulate yourself when you achieve a task and learn from your mistakes.
3) Be different: It is all about the POD (Point of Differentiation). Stand out from the crowd and be unique in every way.
4) Bring out your passion: This to me is the most important attribute. Approach challenges with a can-do attitude and show the world how good you are.
Great leaders know that approaching the business from these unique set of perspectives will allow the team to shine as well and bring out the best in everyone. Only then can we ensure that our customers have the right experience and our brands will stand out in a galaxy of competitors.
Be inspired and show everyone how amazing you really are.
Words of wisdom:
“Hire the right people, train them well, motivate and inspire them. Sales and profits will then follow.”
