TPP Professional Standards Committee

The TPP Professional Standards Committee meets 4 times a year and comprises 10 members; 5 from CIHT and 5 from TPS. The Committee is responsibility for overseeing the TPP assessment process, which includes auditing the process and ratifying professional review results. Results are normally issued within 8 weeks of submission.

In addition, the Committee produces candidate guidance, operates an approval system for university Masters programmes, develops marketing materials to promote the TPP qualification to employers and procurers, provides training for reviewers, assessors and mentors, and generally works to raise the status of the qualification and the transport planning profession.
