Portsmouth is proud to have Brad Yauilla as a new addition to their sales team. Brad graduated high school in 2006. Shortly after, he became a foreman with a mechanical company called Foster Fire Protection. Later, he was accepted into the very challenging apprenticeship program at BAE systems. He spent four years training to be a dock master. During such times he helped dock cruise ships including the Disney cruise line, and other large Navy vessels. Brad graduated with a degree in Maritime Industries and

plans on continuing his education in the near future.Brad grew up in a small town in Florida with more cattle than people. In 1999, his family moved to Chesapeake VA, and has been there ever since. Recently, he tied the knot to his bride Meagan in May of this year. Brad prides himself on his outgoing and light-hearted nature and enjoys a good laugh. He loves meeting all types of people and has always wanted to be in sales for that reason. In his spare time you can find him outdoors, hunting, fishing, going to the gym, or wakeboarding.

Employment AnniversariesOctober - December 2013

The following is a list of employees that have been with the company for ve plus years between October and December.

October November December

The following is a message from our Corporate Safety Director, Chuck Cooke:

Cold weather brings hazards most workers do not have to face the rest of the year. Slips and falls, road accidents caused by ice and snow, and carbon monoxide poisonings from faulty furnaces and automobiles all have elevated incident rates during the winter. Let’s be proactive in the winter months, and take the extra measures to avoid the unnecessary accidents and injuries associated with winter.
