DESCRIPTION

2015. April Issue #12 We are most pleased and excited to publish the 12 issue of Israeli Art Market's Magazine. This issue celebrating a full year of exposing amazing art, group exhibitions, solo exhibitions, articles about Israeli artists and showcaes of art from all over the world. This was an intensive year, with a lot of developments and I am most satisfied to get to an excellent position in Israel and abroad. Our magazine is available for sale in all the top sites in the world, also has apps for iPhone and Android and available in a print version in the U.S.A. I couldn't dream of such a fast and amazing development in only one year. I want to thank to our team, that worked so hard during this year and to give my most appreciation to all of the artists and photographers, curators and publicity teams, for giving us the option to grow and succeed, to be the first and only art magazine in Israel. Michelangelo said: "The true work of art is but a shadow of the divine perfection".

2015. March Issue #11I am pleased to present this month’s issue of Israeli art market’s Magazine. This month we present the Group exhibition “Landscapes of my childhood” which leads us to go back to the sense of small details from our past, like a flower, the look of a mother looking from the window, shape and color of a building and the street as it remains in our memory. As the quote of great artists Edgar Degas (1834- 1917): “Art is not what you see, but what you make others see.” these artis made us feel their memory of childhood. These colors, smell and small pieces of memory created us the meaning of home, background, routs. Pesach is on our door, and we soon start the biggest sale event, especially from our new category on the site: Special Art For Collectors. A Showcase of the known and emerging artists in Israel. Excellent pieces of art. With worldwide free shipping. So don't forget the visit us on our Israeli Art Market’s Site.I wish you pleasant reading and enjoyment from the wonderful and unique art!

Fanny HorowitzModern Women's Lives

19

Fanny Horowitz is best known as a figurative painterFanny paints female objects and scenes taken from the modern women's lives. She explores strong and highly self-conscious women, and expropriates them from their natural context, gives them her emotional interpretation and, leaves on them, her personal and unique stamp. Fanny draws inspiration from the intense colors of Matisse's Fauvism and from the Impressionist movement.Like the Impressionists, she takes a special interest in light. In the way it bounces back from different objects.

In the interaction between objects and the light that envelops them.In the special colors that are formed by these reflections of light.Being a colorist artist, she produces incredibly vibrant, color-drenched paintings. She uses paintbrushes laden with thick oil colors, mixes endless shades and sub-shades,Creates transparencies and reflections, interplays between light and shadow, and endless layers of color, aimed at generating a sense of mystery that gradually unfolds before the observer's

eyes and imagination, prompting them to undergo a unique, subjective experience. Those moments of grace that she creates - are an escape from a noisy outside world to a tranquil one, diving into the depths until losing a sense of external time and place, entering and observing inner emotional worlds and landscapes - searching for a lock that opens a door to spiritual sustenance.Started to paint in 2007.

"My art characterized by many layers of color, generously applied, when the scraper, my only main tool I use, makes the object stand out.I try to create in the observer a sense of relevance to the theme, and make him to be excited, and even feel the scent of the earth underneath when a view is involved, or to feel the deep empathy when he observe the abstract works."
