Israel and Jordan Program 7 nights 8 days:

Day One This 7 night/8 day journey begins meeting your renowned guide, Dr Hani Shehadeh at the Ben-Gurion airport. You start your tour in the Valley of Eila where David stroked Goliath, pick your own stone and declare in faith your victory over the challenges and attacks we all face in our daily life. It’s just the beginning of your spiritual journey where you will forever watch the Bible come alive as you read the scriptures and bring to memory these historic sites. Delight with the first day’s experience will be discussed over dinner at your hotel in

Bethlehem. Day Two This morning after breakfast drive to Mount of Olives to visit the Church of the Paternoster its name meaning “our father” this church was built above a grotto where Christ is believed to have taught the lord’s prayer, and enjoy a panoramic view of Jerusalem, then walk the Palm Sunday Road, then visit Dominus Flevit Chapel where Jesus wept over the fate of

Jerusalem, then visit the Garden of Gethsemane, and the church of all Nations “the Basilica of the Agony” was named for the rock in the garden of Gethsemane on which it is believed Christ prayed the night before he was arrested. Drive to Mount Zion to visit St. Peter in Gallicantu the site where St peter denied Jesus three times. Then visit the hall of the last supper (Cenacle), Visit the traditional tomb of king David. Drive to Bethlehem visit the oldest church on earth which is still in use namely the church of the Nativity, continue to the Shepherds fields where the heavenly host sang and announced the birth of the Savior.

Day Three We start our day in Jerusalem ,enter the old city through St. Stephens Gate Visit the church of St .Anne nearby pool of Bethesda, visit the Monastery of Flagellation where Jesus was flogged by Roman Soldiers prior to his crucifixion, and visit the Chapel of Condemnation, walk the Via Dolorosa ”the way of sorrows” the way the Christ walked to his crucifixion, then visit the church of the holy Sepulcher the site of Christ crucifixion, burial and resurrection . Enter the Jewish quarter and visit the Walling Wall the holiest site for

the Jewish nation. End your day in the Garden tomb with a communion service. Back to our hotel for dinner and over night. Day Four After breakfast start the day by visiting Bethany, then to Jericho, for mass, then continue to Dead Sea and visit Qumran where the Dead Sea scrolls were discovered, visit the remains of the community center of the essences and the caves of the scrolls. Driving along the shores of the Dead Sea, stop for a (float) in the water, then to Arrava Border to cross to Jordan Side, Transfer to Petra to the Hotel for dinner and overnight.

Day Five After Breakfast we will move to Visit Petra one of the New Seven wonders of the World , after that we will drive to visit St George’s church in town center of Madaba to see the amazing Madaba Mosaic Map. After that drive to Mount Nebo, it was from here that Moses saw the promised land just before he died (Deuteronomy 34:1-5)the mountain offers spectacular

views of Jordan River and dead sea. After that at evening enjoy a tour in the city of Amman, which is a very vibrant city, then go back to hotel in Amman for dinner and overnight. Day Six After breakfast we leave to Sheikh Hussain Border the north Border to cross to Israel, Meet and Assist and then drive to Cana of Galilee, the site of the first miracle- the transformation of water into wine at the wedding feast, then drive to Nazareth to visit the Basilica of the Annunciation where the angel Gabriel appeared to Mary, then visit Mary’s well, drive to hotel in Nazareth (or Tiberius) for dinner and overnight. Day Seven This morning you will visit the Mount of Beatitudes where Jesus delivered the sermon on the mount for Mass, the flower filled gardens are a treat for visitors with its view towards Capernaum

and Tabgha, then drive to Tabgha to visit the Church of the Multiplication of the Loaves and the fishes and also visit St. peter Primacy, where Jesus Christ is said to have appeared to the apostles after his resurrection, then drive to Capernaum the center of Jesus Galilee Ministry where Jesus lived for a substantial period to visit Church of St. Peter, then at the evening enjoy a boat ride at the sea of Galilee, drive to our hotel for dinner .

Day Eight After Breakfast we drive to Mt. Carmel recalling the story of prophet Elijah challenging the priests of Baal, enjoy the panoramic view over the valley of Armageddon, drive to Caesarea Maratima where Pontius Pilot lived, recall the biblical stories of Peter entering the house of Cornelius and the amazing Pentecost of the Nations, it is the very place where Paul preached Jesus to the Roman Rulers and from that city made his last trip to Rome. Drive to the airport through Tel Aviv Joppa.
