It is necessary for the product carbon footprint calculation to follow the ISO/TS 14067 to ensure the credibility of the result. An embedded GHG emissions database and a G-BOM analyzer will be developed for SMEs to quantify their product carbon footprint in a simple and cost-effective way during the design and development stage; an SME advisory kit will be created for the electrical and electronic industries to correspond to the ISO/TS 14067. 產品實施國際標準 ISO/TS 14067能增加產品在亞洲及歐美市場之 競爭力。 通過進行產品碳足跡的計算以及碳足跡供應鏈管理,改善產品設計 和開發,產品的資源消耗和碳排放量將會減少,整體環境影響將會 降低以及降低製造商的成本。 In particularly SMEs, carbon emission is expected to be reduced due to the implementation of the coming for their products. Also, it can increase the competitiveness in Asian, American and European markets. Lowering the carbon footprint is highly related to lowering the material and energy consumption that can further lower costs at the same time in the manufacturing process. The G-BOM analyzer is an online software platform, which is based on products’ bill of materials (BOM) to assess products’ whole life cycle GHG emission. The analyzer and advisory kit could be applied for both end- product manufacturers and component/part manufacturers, namely “downstream and upstream” and are able to achieve carbon reduction, which is efficient to reduce company’s energy consumption as well as to enhance the company’s competitiveness. 國際標準化組織提出產品碳足跡 ISO/TS 14067的這個標準仔細勾

劃出如何可靠和全面地量化產品的生命週期的溫室氣體排放。此項

目將會透過建立溫室氣體排放量資料庫及開發 G-BOM分析器,使
